How payment works
VA services start with a security deposit or one month in advance. Websites, CRM and apps are 50% to start and 50% on completion. Pay by US bank account, Wise, PayPal, Remitly or bank transfer once your invoice is sent.

Do I need to change the tools I already use?
Usually not. I start with what you have, such as Google Workspace, Meta, GoHighLevel or Salesforce, and connect it. New tools are only suggested when they clearly save time or money.
Will a chatbot sound robotic to my customers?
No. Each assistant is written in your brand voice, trained on your real FAQs and set to hand the conversation to you or your team when a question needs a person.
How long does a typical automation project take?
Simple workflows go live in a few days. Multi-step systems with a CRM, chatbot and reporting usually take two to four weeks, agreed in the proposal.
Can you maintain the automations after launch?
Yes. Most clients keep me on a monthly retainer to monitor, fix and improve automations as the business changes.
