I’m Alexa, a Filipina operator who has spent more than a decade making businesses run more smoothly, one client at a time.
I started on the phones in global BPO, supporting customers of hotels and airlines, e-commerce stores, telcos and web hosts, and financial firms, by phone, email and chat. Over nine years in customer service and technical support, I supported more than 2,500 clients and customers and moved into leadership.
From there I became an executive virtual assistant for a top solar and semiconductor company. I also ran email marketing, led recruitment and grew brands as a digital marketer.
My roots are in IT: a BS in Information Technology (animation and game development). I am also DFSS Green Belt Certified. Today I pair operational discipline with AI and automation so work gets done faster, cleaner and with fewer handoffs.
I operate as HIREWORKMATE Business Support Services, a DTI-registered and BIR-registered business in the Philippines, and I personally deliver every engagement.
