How your information is collected and used on this website. Effective October 2026.
This website is operated by Alexandra Claire Pineda, doing business as HIREWORKMATE Business Support Services, in the Philippines. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Details you submit in forms: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, LinkedIn and your message.
- Files you upload, such as resumes, portfolios and proposals.
- Basic, anonymous usage data from hosting logs.
- Name, email and area of interest when you subscribe on the welcome screen. These are saved in a Google Sheet used for the HIREWORKMATE subscriber list.
Why we use it
- To reply to inquiries and schedule calls.
- To review project proposals.
- To prepare proposals, contracts and invoices.
- To send you HIREWORKMATE updates if you subscribed. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email alexa@hireworkmate.com.
Who sees it
Your submission is emailed to the HIREWORKMATE team, and subscriber details are stored in Google Sheets. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run this website and our email, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and proposals are kept for up to two years. Applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing alexa@hireworkmate.com.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may check currency rates from a public exchange-rate service. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook and Loom follow those platforms’ policies.
